Loyalty Rewards Cheat Sheet - Stoke Points, Offers, How to Earn, How to Redeem
How it works
Customer earns 5 Stoke Points for every $1 they spend
Customer will automatically receive offers that alow them to use their Stoke Points
Customer can look in the Loyalty section of the App or their online account for offers
Available offers will show up, but be greyed out if customer doesn't have enough points for that offer
When a customer has enough points for an offer, the offer will be available to use (not greyed out)
How to lookup Customer Rewards Stoke Points and Available Offers in the POS
- On the POS, while on customer's order, select Rewards
- Select Lookup Customer
- Select Lookup
- Enter customer's phone number, email, or name(phone number is easiest)
- Select Done
How to redeem Rewards Offer for a dine-in customer on the POS
- On the POS, while on customer's order, select Rewards
- Select Lookup Customer
- Select Lookup
- Enter customer's phone number, email, or name (phone number is easiest)
- Select Done
- Select Redeem on offer customer wants to use
How to earn Rewards for a dine-in customer on the POS
- On the POS, while on customer's order, select Rewards
- Select Lookup Customer
- Select Lookup
- Enter customer's phone number, email, or name (phone number is easiest)
- Select Done
- Select Next to attach customer's Reward Account to dine-in order
How to check balance for customer's Stoke Points on the POS
- On the POS, while on customer's order, select Rewards
- Select Lookup Customer
- Select Lookup
- Enter customer's phone number, email, or name (phone number is easiest)
- Select Done
- Select Print and Stoke Point balance and Available Rewards will print on ticket
How to add points after a check is already closed on the POS
- On the POS, go to Payment Terminal
- Select Closed to show the list of closed tickets
- Select the order
- Select Update
- Select Rewards > Look Up customer > Look Up
- Enter customer’s 10 digit phone number
- Highlight customer & click done
- Select OK ***Customer points will show up in the customer’s loyalty account after 24 hours. Customer can check their points in their Incentivio account (either in the App or by logging in online).
How to apply a loyalty offer after a check is closed on the POS
- On the POS, go to Payment Terminal
- Select Closed to show the list of closed tickets
- Select the order
- Select Update
- Select Rewards > Look Up customer > Look Up
- Enter customer’s 10 digit phone number
- Highlight customer & click done
- Select Payment
- Select and highlight the line that has the payment (e.g. Visa.....)
- Select Update
