Identifying incorrect sever assignments for 3rd party outsourced deliveries

Run a 'Sales Summary':  This can be done from your home page of toasttab.com under 'Quick Actions'.





  1. Filter the 'Sales Summary' to the custom date range that corresponds with the payroll period.
  2. From the 'More' dropdown menu, select 'Dining Option'.
  3. A new dropdown menu ('Dining Options') will appear.




  1. From the 'Dining Options' dropdown menu, select 'App - Delivery'.
  2. Click the 'Update' button to run the filtered report.





  1. Find the 'Server' column.  This should list 'Third Party Driver' if you are outsourcing ALL of your first party delivery. Or it should list 'Third Party Driver' or your own first party driver's name if you are doing a hybrid model (some first party drivers and some outsourced to 3rd party drivers).
  2. If you don't see a 'Server' column, verify that it is selected in the 'Show/hide columns' menu.
  3. Note the date and ticket # of any orders not assigned to the proper server.
